Only The Name Has Changed

As banks throughout Oklahoma are bought, take on new names and struggle to keep their local focus, we have changed our name for a different reason.  In March 2015, we changed our name from Citizens Security Bank to Mabrey Bank.  The reason is simple - to emphasize the value the bank places on being involved in the communities we have served, some for more than a century.

The Mabrey family has been involved with the bank for four generations, providing steady leadership to the bank.  Though the bank's name has changed, the Mabreys continue to own, manage and be involved in the bank's growing daily operations.

The name has changed, but we are continuing to give the same great service and the change should minimally affect our customers.

Will my checking account number change?

No, routing and account numbers will stay the same.

Do I need to replace my checks?

No, your checks will continue to work.  When you run out and order more through the bank, they will have the new name and logo.

If you order your checks from an outside vendor, please make sure they say "Mabrey Bank" when placing your next order.  You will need to make the check vendor aware of the name change.

Do I need to replace my debit card?

No, your current debit card will still work.  When it expires, a new card with Mabrey Bank branding will be sent to you.

Do I need to replace my credit card?

No, your current credit card will still work.  When it expires, a new card with Mabrey Bank branding will be sent to you.

Do I need to notify my employer, direct depositors and auto debitors?

No, your account information will stay the same.

Will my ATM/Debit card still work at QuikTrip and Kum&Go?

Yes, and all Transfund ATMs.

Will my loan number change?

No, this will stay the same.

Will I receive a new coupon book for my loan payments?

No, please continue to use the coupons you have.

Will I continue to make loan payments in the same method?

Yes, there is no change in this process.

Will the website change?

Will bank email addresses change?

Yes.  Bank emails used to be and they will now be  The first portion of the email will not change, only the domain.

Will I need to download a new app on my smartphone or tablet?

No.  The app will not need to be re-downloaded, but will be branded with Mabrey Bank.  The app just needs to be updated in your app store.
