Upcoming Systems Enhancement to Affect Digital Banking, Operating Hours

 

Over the weekend of April 11-13, Mabrey Bank will be enhancing its core banking system, which will result in a planned outage. Starting around 10 p.m. on Friday, April 11 through 8 a.m. on Monday, April 14, many digital banking features will be inaccessible while the upgrade is in progress.

Please be prepared that we could experience some unforeseen minor setbacks early on Monday following the upgrade.

To ensure those enhancements are made efficiently, all Mabrey locations will be closed on Saturday, April 12.

First and foremost, this digital outage will not impact your ability to make purchases with your Mabrey Bank debit card or to withdraw funds from your accounts at any ATM.

You will have view-only access to your bank accounts within your Mabrey Bank mobile app, however your account totals will not update and instead will remain frozen throughout the outage. You will be unable to make any internal or external transfers from your Mabrey accounts, including Zelle transfers and Bill Pay transactions. Our Bank-by-Phone system will also be down throughout the outage.

WAYS TO PREPARE
We understand this digital outage could be inconvenient, and we want you to be prepared. Please make any internal or external transfers prior to Friday, April 11. You should also download any necessary eStatements from your mobile app that you might need during the outage weekend.
